Salmon cakes

2 cups cooked salmon (I had some left over from the weekend)
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 egg
1 cup plain bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
1 T dry mustard

Mix until barely moistened, form into patties and press into pamko bread crumbs. Cook in a frying pan with just a few tablespoons of oil until golden brown.

I served it with the leftover cucumber sauce from the pitas the other night with some dried dill stirred in.

Sounds so yummy! I have tried recipes before that called for canned salmon but I just can't get past the "edible" bones. blech!
I'd definitely try this one.
